About On the Prom, Prom, Prom…
Our fantastic prom offers both walking and cycling for everyone. Start at Cobbold’s Point, then enjoy the sea air, colourful beach huts and maybe an ice cream on your way to finish at Martello Park in the shadow of the historic Martello Tower ‘P’. Around 1.9 miles (3 kilometres).
The prom forms part of Sustrans Route 51 (part of the National Cycle Network). This also links with the two foot and cycle ferries running from Felixstowe Ferry to Bawdsey; and the Landguard Peninsula to Harwich and Shotley. Further details.
